The water jet cutting technology is an environmentally friendly method to shape materials very accurately.

The whole process is computer controlled without the use of manual labour. This results in exceptional accurate measurements, reduces waste material, and therefore a more economical solution.

Cutting materials

Ellegaard has more than 50 types of materials in stock, though the cutting is not conditional on purchasing our stock. We are happy to cut customer's own stock.

Cutting from CAD drawing or a pdf file

We can convert existing AutoCad drawings to cutting files or we can even create cutting templates from scratch. Whether from sketch or finished CAD file, the cutting is very quick and accurate.

In cases where you don't have an electronic drawing, Ellegaard can offer to create the CAD file necessary. We offer a personal and qualified service.

• No edge deformation and therefore the material will retain its shape
• The cutting edges are very clean which means much less time is used for cleaning.
• The process does not contaminate the material and can therefore be put to use immediately after cutting.
