AIR SCRAPER PE 100 AIR

PE 100 Air is a cost-efficient air scraper, which secures uptime and less maintenance.
Readjustment is not necessary, as the constant air pressure keeps the scraper on the belt.
PUR BRUSH SCRAPERS

PUR Brush Scrapers consist of a ScanDrive® drum motor in Ø135 mm, with attached PUR brush elements.
Savings: The scraper is robust and extremely effective and can be manufactured for all belt widths.
DROPBELT
The hygienic and gentle transport of the material saves energy, and the enclosed belt ensures that nothing is spilled during transport.
The transport direction is dynamic, resulting in a much greater production flexibility.
RUBBLE MOVER
The Rubble mover is made with a strong and light construction, which makes it easy to transport. The low-noise catch and replaceable bottom plates means that it is easy to maintain.
The Rubble Mover can move up to 300 Tons per day.

Application:
PE-light conveyor that is used for the transport of filter elements. The conveyor is made with a specially designed support plate, which prevents the belt from sticking to the support plate in the humid environment.
Ringsted MUNICIPALITY
Application:
Conveyor used for feed and buffer solution for smaller salt spreaders (compact tractors, tool carriers, cars etc.) in winter service at Ringsted Municipality. The conveyor is filled with salt by a pay loader, after which the driver of the salt spreader can operate it and fill on salt without any waste.

Application:
This conveyor is part of a system that sorts mink furs. The belt has been specially configured with the exact location and design of carriers, including tracking profile on the inside. The conveyors are built according to customer’s specifications.
AS Solution
Application:
Mobil X-Ray unit. The trailer is used in connection with mobile scanning of luggage. Trailer and X-ray machine is supplied by customer. Ellegaard is responsible for the complete set up with conveyor and roller conveyors.
Three mobile X-ray units have been delivered, and subsequently three stationary units according to the same principle.
