When you choose Ellegaard as a partner, repair and reconstruction work does not have to affect the trains’ daily operations, since we also work at night. For an actual task, we e.g. arrived with a crew who managed to grout approx. 12,000 joints.

Ellegaard prolongs the lifespan of the trains’ rubber components
Being on the rails day in and day out, subjects rolling stock to severe wear and tear. The answer to the wear does not, however, need to be costly new replacements by adhering to the “discard and replace” mentality, since Ellegaard offers to prolong the lifespan of the trains’ rubber related components with up to seven to eight years.
