PE 100 Air is a cost efficient air scraper that ensures uptime and less maintenance. Readjustment is not necessary, as the constant air pressure keeps the scraper on the belt. Likewise, there is no risk of PE 100 Air being 'trapped' inside the scraper  upon reversible operation. Existing PE 100 can be modified with an Air module.

Ellegaard offers belt scrapers in a simple modular design meant for a number of different applications.

The part of the scraper that is in contact with the conveyor belt consists of hard metal, and is therefore very resistant to wear and tear. The suspension has a spring effect, so that the conveyor belt is not unnecessarily affected.

The scrapers are easy to install on existing belt conveyors, and are delivered as kits or assembled.

Ellegaard’s belt scrapers are effective, reliable, and easy to clean. The scrapers are of high quality and have a long lifespan.

We can offer PUR belt scrapers including a ScanDrive® drum motor Ø135 mm with mounted PUR børsteelementer. The scraper is robust and very efficient and can be manufactured to fit all belt widths. A cheap alternative with quick delivery.
