The Wangen helical rotor pump is a product of German origin where quality and sturdiness are very well appreciated. Wangen, with production facilities in the south of Germany, produces exclusively helical rotor pumps. They are constantly updating their products regarding optimization and cost rationalization.

The Wangen pumps have in their standard construction a mechanical axial sealing, strong dimensional bearing housing and a strong cardan joint used to transmit the power of the engine to the pump. The pump is delivered as horizontal pump, with or without feed hopper, as helical and as a vertical pump.

Wangen pumps are delivered in steel materials and cast iron, all materials are stainless. The stators are made in all common rubber characteristics. The rotors are delivered in many steel characteristics. Regarding capacity, the pump compresses from 0-200 m3/time, operational pressure until 24 bars and viscosity up until 3.000.000 cp.
