Ellegaard delivers PVC conveyor belts and PU conveyor belts with the Polymax® trade mark. The series consist of a wide variety of surfaces suitable for most purposes; from the handling of simple components to the handling of food products which require a high hygiene standard.

Polymax® conveyor belts are produced with special developed textile/inserted, the conveyor belt is produced with special developed textile that fulfills all the specifications required in accordance with the application of the conveyor belt, for example tracking, flexibility, transverse stability, noise level etc..

Polymax® white and blue type that fulfills requirements of FDA/USDA for transportation of food products. It is grease and oil resistant, rejects humidity, odour free and is not absorbent, which means it is well suited for use in direct contact with unpacked food products such as meat, fish and poultry. Among our profiled belt, we also offer white belt for ascending transport with optimal drainage. Polymax® coloured mat PVC conveyor belt is offered in grease and oil resistant quality.

Polymax® profiled belts are purpose-built for ascending/descending transportation of goods/products with smooth surfaces such as plastic boxes, cardboard boxes/cartons (e.g. wood-processing industry) and electronic components.

The conveyor belts are delivered either with PVC coating or with wear-resistant PU Polyurethan.
